Paint can successfully be removed from brick exteriors. Unfortunately, proper paint removal is a tedious job. Sandblasting and Sodablasting, is an easy way to remove the paint. But aiming a piece of equipment that looks like heavy artillery and firing it at an old building is something that should be avoided, like the plague. Our choice is to chemically remove paint, with a safe paint stripper. There are several on the market but we prefer Eacochem's Stripper Cream or Prosoco's Fast Acting Stripper.
